Shipping Policy

All orders over $50 will receive FREE USPS 5-7 day shipping within the CONTINENTAL United States. We do not at this time ship to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, provinces, or internationally.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

Orders received by 3:00 pm Central Standard Time (CST) Monday-Friday, pending credit card authorization and verification, will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after these times will be processed and shipped the following BUSINESS day.  We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays, so please account for non-shipping days when choosing shipping options.  Credit card authorization and verification can take up to 24 hours.

Trend Traveler Boutique™ offers shipping through USPS. Charges are based on weight, shape of package, and distance within the United States.  The USPS options are as follows and will change based on the parameters of an individual order:

  • First Class Mail
  • First Class Package
  • Priority Express Mail
  • Priority Mail

**We are not liable if you do not receive your package on the delivery date. USPS is responsible for all delivery dates (including Priority Express Mail). We will provide tracking information if it is available, depending on the shipping option chosen for the order. Please allow 7 business days before inquiring about the status of your order.

 

Return Shipping

We at Trend Traveler Boutique™ are not responsible for return shipping charges or lost returns. We claim ownership once it is received at our P.O. BOX. We recommend purchasing tracking when returning an item and keeping shipping receipts for your records. If you want to reship an unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable package, you are responsible for the new shipping cost based on the method you choose. Trend Traveler Boutique™ does utilize a PO Box, so make sure your return carrier can deliver to a PO Box.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We at Trend Traveler Boutique™ are not responsible for lost/stolen packages.

  • If the incorrect address is provided by the customer at time of purchase, the package returned to Trend Traveler Boutique™ as ‘undeliverable’, will be re-shipped at the customer’s expense.
  • We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as “delivered”. Please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive the package by mistake.
  • The customer must file a claim with USPS by clicking on this link: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
    • Please allow 7-15 days from the ‘delivered’ date (provided by usps.com and your original tracking information) before creating a claim.
    • Read the additional information on the above link to ensure you are following the USPS policy regarding lost or misplaced mail.
